Characters

These are this comic main brats

Abraham "Bram" Van Helsing IV: He is a cheerful and good-natured boy. He have to endure Vlad's sarcasm, Lucy's indifference, Bessie's passion and other character's nonsense. At some point in the comic, he had enough of this and started snarking, here and there. Like his ancestor, he is intelligent and geeky, and have a difficult relationship with women. Vlad Dracula II: The grandson of the first Vlad Dracula, he will be the next Count of Wallachia. He is a sarcastic and snobbish boy, who disdains humans and have Bram as his only friend. He doesn't like the idea of follow his dad's steps in the path of world domination, because it is boring. He has a good side, it's just hidden. Veeeeery well hidden. (Picture photoshoped by Mushi-san.)

Lucy Harker: She is a very active girl, who fall in love with Vlad, but is loved by Bram. It's difficult to say if she has chances with her love, because Vlad doesn't seem to be interested in relatioships. She is in a silent war with the Twihard girls who stalk Vlad.

Elizabeth "Bessie" Bathory: Daughter of Carmilla (a.k.a. Mircalla Karnstein) and Laura Bathory, she is Vlad's fiancée, according an ancient agreement between Dracula and Bathory families. She and Vlad hate each other, but don't care about the marriage: vampires are polygamous, so he and she can have more consorts. She loves geeks (but not socially awkward ones) and fell in love with Bram at frst sight. Her passionated behavior scares his fiancé and, unfortunately, Bram too. She have a love-and-hate relationship with her friend Lucy, because they have a lot in common, but Lucy is Bram's love interest.

Minor characters (in order of appearance in the comics)

Quincey "Quincy" Harker: Lucy's brother. His homosexuality often makes other characters uncomfortable, with few exceptions: the vampires, who don't see anything unusual about that (tough Vlad doesn't want to encourage his advances on him) and Bram, who thinks that people shouldn't have sexual labels, because they are too incomplete. Quincy is Lucy's confidant, a good football player and a competent cartoonist.

Arthur "Artie" Alphonsus Holmwood: He is more snobbish than Vlad, as a nobleman's son. His family didn't forgive the Dracula family from the events in the book, then, Artie refuses to accept Vlad's constant presence (to be fair, Vlad isn't interested in change this). He is a close friend of Johnny.

John "Johnny" Seward V: Bram's best human friend. He is a science nerd and often argue with Bram about logic and faith. He wants to be a physician, breaking the Sewards tradition of leaving the administration of their sanatorium to the oldest son. He is Bram's confidant and Bram and Vlad friedship makes him jealous.
